BetterReviews is operated by APL Solution Inc. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — your invoice and charge will come from Paddle. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing, requires no card, and has no time limit — nothing to refund.
Cancelling a Paid Plan
You can cancel anytime from your account settings (or by emailing support@aplsol.com). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan. You keep your dashboard, history, and QR card.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If BetterReviews isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid purchase (monthly or annual) and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of a plan, not to subsequent renewals.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel before any renewal date. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge without having used paid features in the new period, we'll issue a goodwill refund of that renewal.
Annual Plans
Annual plans follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Billing errors, duplicate charges, or charges after a confirmed cancellation are refunded in full — contact us and we'll fix it promptly.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You may also request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net.
